At 30 Prompts, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to accept returns on digital products.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, please contact us at joyce@30prompts.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly — including re-sending your download link or providing an alternative file format.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us at joyce@30prompts.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
